* 70-75% of billings with potential earnings of $450k+ annually
* Mixed billing : Standard consult fee $85
* Full time patient base immediately available
* Flexible roster with remote access provided

* 9 consulting rooms and fully equipped treatment room
* 2 full-time RNs daily supporting CDM, care plans, and assessments

* Operating hours : Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-5pm
