Job Description
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
* Prepare and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Processing end to end payroll, including assisting in the onboarding of new employees
* Reconcile bank statements and financial records on a regular basis.
* Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
* Support month-end activities as required.
* Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
The Successful Applicant
* A proven track record within a similar role, ideally from within the construction industry
* Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
* Solid knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
* Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
* Ability to work from the office 5 days per week
