Their portfolio includes prestigious projects across North Shore and Eastern Suburbs. With a major new project about to commence in Dover Heights, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of this luxury home. About the Role Looking for a seasoned Site Manager with a proven background in high-end residential construction. This is a fully hands-off role focused on site leadership and delivery. Due to commence in April/May. You will be supported by a highly experienced team including a Leading Hand, Contracts Administrator and Project Manager, working collaboratively to deliver an exceptional outcome for the client. This role suits someone with strong time management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and takes pride in delivering premium homes. You will manage all stages of construction from early services, demolition and excavation through to final handover.
