About the Role
Based at our Albury branch, we are seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for processing incoming retail and trade sales of our VJS range of products. You will also support external sales representatives and take responsibility for retail & trade sales and enquiries, showroom enquiries, incoming calls, inputting sales orders, and general administration.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, success-oriented, and hard-working individual to join our ever-growing team.
In this role, you will be required to:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Manage and update customers on current sales orders.
* Coordinate with external sales, procurement, and technical teams to provide accurate quotes and delivery times.
* Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly.
* Setup and maintain product data for new customer orders.
* Continuously improve work systems and processes.
* Support external sales with marketing material preparation, outreach to new accounts, and market research.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in a customer service-oriented role.
* Experience in the cabinet making or building industry (highly desirable).
* Confidence using MYOB Advanced (Acumatica) or other ERP systems. Training provided.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* Exceptional administration and customer service skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* A positive attitude and professional phone manner.
Previous cabinet maker experience or selling to the kitchen, building, and furniture industry and a knowledge of hardware, veneered, and decorative products is an advantage. You will be joining a close-knit and collaborative team and be given all the help and training needed to excel in the role.
