Job Overview
The role of a Salesforce Administrator/Analyst is a vital part of our team, focusing on maximizing the efficiency and capabilities of Salesforce for our business. This position requires exceptional customer support skills, effective communication, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage support queries and requests from users, providing assistance with reporting, campaigns, and templates.
* Identify, investigate, and resolve user issues, working with IT teams as necessary.
* Manage escalated incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and addressing performance and availability issues.
* Assist with day-to-day Salesforce administrative tasks, including user account setup and maintenance, permissions and sharing rules, password resets, data updates via Data Loader, and building and running ad-hoc reports.
* Work closely with various stakeholder groups, business units, and user groups to drive uptake and embed usage.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, preferably in Financial Services/Insurance. You should possess the following skills:
* Ability to provide high-level customer support and communicate effectively.
* Proficient Excel skills.
* Experience working on projects and as part of a project team.
* Ability to support end-user training via multiple formats, including face-to-face.
* Highly motivated – solution-focused and responds to challenging priorities with a sense of urgency and pace.
* Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to users and other employees of the organization.
