Your responsibilities will include implementing and operationalising new capital partnerships, as well as ensuring the delivery of ongoing financial reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the delivery of financial reporting for funds and capital partnerships – monthly, quarterly and annually.
">
* Support the Senior Commercial Manager and Senior Finance Manager to deliver and provide financial reporting and financial performance insights on funds and capital partnerships.
">
* Collaborate with the wider finance and business teams to implement and embed new capital partnering opportunities, with a particular focus on finance processes and financial reporting.
">
* Support compliance with fund and capital partnership deadlines, including helping to deliver a materially clean audit of the fund financial statements.
">
* Partner with key internal customers or stakeholders to build and maintain strong working relationships.

About You:

We are seeking a candidate with a demonstrated understanding of accounting standards and principles, and experience in delivering high-quality processes and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator who proactively challenges and influences decision-making, as well as having the ability to manage complex and multiple projects simultaneously.

You will have:

">
* Appropriate tertiary qualification(s) and CA / CPA accreditation.
">
* Experience in funds management and capital partnering.
">
* Experience in the real estate industry, including with development projects.

The Role:

This is a permanent position that requires the successful candidate to have Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or an Open Work Visa with more than 12 months validity from their role start date.
