We're Looking For Horticulturists And Plant Operators, Team Leaders To Be a Part Of This Next Chapter. These Offer The Opportunity To
* Use modern parks equipment as part of a coordinated crew, with Team Leaders working alongside you and using mobile apps to guide daily tasks and deliver prescribed maintenance programs within a category and territory based approach.
* Work with strong safety practices and reliable digital systems, helping your team stay aligned and produce consistent, high-quality results across parks and open spaces.
* Use GIS mapping, field apps, and the TechOne platform to access work orders, record activity, navigate assets, and support accurate, real-time delivery of maintenance programs across your assigned area.
* Grow your skills through real development opportunities, supported by experienced Team Leaders and a team culture that encourages learning and progression in parks maintenance.

What You'll Need For Success
* Certificate III in horticulture or similar and/or equivalent relevant experience
* Experience operating parks specific equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers and other grounds-maintenance machinery to ensure safe, high quality upkeep of parks and open spaces
* Experience using digital and mapping tools to assist your work
* A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
* MR licence, or the ability to obtain
* Construction White Card
