You can choose whether you work full time or part time - it's up to you! With a focus on providing exceptional client service, you will be responsible for providing administration support to a team of accountants. Your duties will include:- Dealing directly with clients to assist with queries- Preparation of documents on behalf of accountants- Preparation of correspondence on behalf of accountants- Liaising with the ATO and undertaking associated tasks- Diary management- Updating client database- Undertaking reception duties- Assisting with ad hoc general administrative tasksAbout YouIdeally you will have experience working with an accounting firm or a professional services firm. You will be accustomed to dealing directly with clients and have exceptional client service skills.
