Job Description
This position will entail complete responsibility for the Trade Drive thru and Yard business.
The role
* Driving the trade business, sales and profit margins, contributing to the overall running and success of the business
* Meeting and exceeding all sales targets and KPIs of the business
* Oversee the complete operations of the inventory management, merchandising, stock ordering, and store presentation
* Training and Development
* Rostering and performance management
Ideally you will have or be
* Prior experience in the Building & Trade sector
* A focus for safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a store /assistant store manager role
* A passion for the hardware and building products
* Excellent Customer Service
