The position of ICT Director is pivotal in leading the strategic direction and oversight of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze and implement an ICT strategy aligned with organizational priorities, fostering innovation and collaboration.
* Oversee ICT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity frameworks to ensure robust, secure, and compliant systems.
* Manage the delivery and continuous improvement of ICT services, infrastructure, and digital platforms supporting educational institutions and stakeholders.
* Drive innovation in digital learning, data analytics, and emerging technologies to enhance educational outcomes.
* Establish partnerships with industry leaders, government entities, and technology providers to leverage best practices and trends.
* Provide leadership in resource allocation and budgeting for cost efficiency and service delivery.
* Lead and mentor ICT teams to foster excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
* Engage stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and community members, to ensure ICT solutions meet educational needs.
* Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and standards governing ICT in education.

Requirements:
* A tertiary qualification in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Extensive leadership experience in ICT at a senior or executive level, preferably within an educational organization.
* Demonstrated expertise in strategic ICT planning, digital transformation, and project management.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale ICT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.
* Strong financial and resource management skills.
* High-level experience in stakeholder engagement, including working with vendors and educational leaders.
* Active membership of a Catholic Eucharistic community.
* Familiarity with data analytics, AI, and digital learning platforms in an educational setting.
