* Support the Manager in leading daily activities, guaranteeing efficiency and productivity in all aspects
* Lead, motivate, and supervise colleagues to maintain exceptional service standards and workplace morale
* Assist in staff scheduling, performance management, and training initiatives
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and care
* Monitor sales, expenses, and stock levels, identifying opportunities for improvement
* Be prepared to take on additional responsibilities as required
