Capital Brewing Co is one of Australia's largest independently owned and B-corp certified craft breweries and has been making award-winning Good Natured Brews from its Canberra brewery and taproom since 2017.

We're opening an exciting new venue late March, and we're looking for a Sous Chef to join us.
This is a rare opportunity to:
* Support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations
* Assist with new menu development and seasonal updates
* Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
* Oversee prep, service, stock control and ordering
* Train, mentor and motivate junior kitchen team members
* Uphold all food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements
* Contribute to a positive kitchen culture built on teamwork and respect
We're looking for:
* Experience as a Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
* Passion for fresh, high-quality food and creating memorable dining experiences
* A calm and positive leadership style
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to thrive in a new, fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
