Job Opportunity: Pipe Layer/Toolman
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Pipe Layer/Toolman to join our team. This full-time role is integral to the successful delivery of our construction projects, utilising a range of plant and machinery to safely and efficiently excavate, lay pipes, and support our wider operations.
Responsibilities:
* Operate a range of heavy machinery including vac trucks, excavators, and other equipment to assist with the excavation and pipe laying process.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
* Maintain equipment and machinery to the highest standards, proactively identifying and reporting any issues.
* Work collaboratively with the team to deliver projects on time and to the expected level of quality.
Requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of construction methods, processes, and safety requirements.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to upholding high safety standards and a strong safety-first mindset.
* Relevant licences and qualifications, including a valid MR/HC driver's licence and any necessary certifications.
* Minimum 1-2 years of pipe-laying experience is required.
