About the Role
Due to continued growth and expansion of our product support program, we have created a new position for an Agricultural Sales and Support Strategist. This role will be pivotal in driving the growth and development of our service offerings in the Australian market.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with various departments to create and execute strategies that meet and exceed customer needs and expectations. Key responsibilities include:
* Owning and driving the strategy and annual business plan for Australia
* Educating and directing customer support advisors to promote all product support initiatives within the region
* Analysing sales and margin data to provide insights and feedback, guiding performance and identifying opportunities
About You
We are looking for a candidate with strong industry expertise and knowledge in the heavy equipment business, specifically in repair and maintenance. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent collaboration and relationship-building skills, able to drive results through motivating and influencing others.
