The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial broking, with expertise across a wide range of general lines and a demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of Account Executives, Trainee Brokers, and Admin staff.

This role offers a salary of $120K–$150K + incentives, as well as opportunities for career progression and professional development.
