The Agency Group is looking to add to its ever growing property management team.
We are currently hiring a Leasing Manager to service our ever expanding residential portfolio. You will be joining an ASX listed business, with huge career potential and work in a great supportive and fun team.
You will be responsible for all day to day leasing management and negotiations with landlords and tenants. Additionally you will ensure properties are lease ready in accordance with our business standards. The role ensures all lease compliance frameworks are met, whilst working alongside a business development manager as a team to coordinate these functions.
About You:
An interest in real estate and want to be part of a growing business. Ideally you would have worked in a similar role and wanting to move up to the next level in your career.
A strong negotiator with an easy to get along with attitude, who thrives in a fast paced work environment.
