Queue Facilitation Services
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of passengers through our airport facilities.
As a member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive and efficient working environment, and upholding the highest standards of safety and compliance.
* Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to all passengers, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues efficiently.
* Safety and Compliance: Ensure the well-being and safety of passengers at all times, adhering to rigorous OH & S regulations and guidelines.
* Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with airport and dnata teams to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive company image.
This is a permanent 7-day availability position, requiring flexibility and adaptability. Please note that employment is conditional upon a satisfactory security clearance and pre-employment medical/drug & alcohol test.
