About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our expanding Tasmanian team, based in Launceston. This role offers a collaborative and rewarding environment where you will:
* Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work and life following injury or illness;
* Conduct assessment and case management services across various client portfolios;
* Support clients to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills;
* Develop leadership skills through mentorship, team development, and training;
* Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
About You
* Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist (with relevant professional membership);
* Minimum 2 years experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
* Honesty, integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude;
* Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
