Your responsibilities will include:
· Maintaining and updating employee files
· Accurate data entry into HR systems
· General HR administration and office support
· Booking medicals and appointments
· Answering and directing phone calls
· Providing administration support to our consultants
What you’ll bring:
· 1+ year of administration experience (or transferable office skills)
· Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office
· Great attention to detail and organisational ability
· Explicit written and verbal communication skills
· A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
· Ability to work in a rapid-paced, team-focused environment
