Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in our testing team. As the Test Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of new Workday HCM and Aurion Payroll solutions through comprehensive testing activities.
* You will lead the development and review of test scenarios and scripts covering Workday HCM, Aurion Payroll, integrations, payroll rules, and certified agreements.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Create detailed test plans that outline scope environments
2. Develop strategies for identifying defects ensure traceability throughout requirements lifecycle
3. Schedule daily defect triage sessions to identify issues quickly resolve them effectively at earliest stage possible reduce overall project risk .

The following skills are required:
