Full Stack Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our technology team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications that power our digital healthcare solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across the entire technology stack, leveraging both .NET and React ecosystems to deliver exceptional user experiences and robust backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop high-quality software applications using .NET and React technologies
* Work closely with the product team to translate requirements into technical solutions
* Collaborate with junior developers to mentor and guide them in their career growth
* Ensure best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment across the stack
* Lead technical initiatives and contribute to architectural decisions
Requirements:
* 5+ years of combined experience in .NET backend and React frontend development
* Strong proficiency in C#, .NET 6 & 8, React.js, and TypeScript
* Deep understanding of software design patterns, principles, and best practices
* Expertise in API design, implementation, and consumption
* Proficiency with state management solutions like Redux and side effect management with Saga
* Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud architecture
* Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
* Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems and find pragmatic solutions
* Growth Mindset: Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to changing requirements
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
* Experience working with MongoDB
* Experience with React Native for mobile application development
* Familiarity with Next.js framework
* Experience with Node.js for server-side development
* Experience with AWS cloud services and containerization (Docker)
* Understanding of DevOps practices
