Ashley Cooper Construction has opportunities for a Site Supervisor and Site Manager to join our team and contribute to a high-profile hospitality development project.
This project will run for ~18 months in Bundaberg, with the potential for ongoing opportunities available beyond completion.

About the Role:
Our Site Supervisors and Managers are responsible for leading the day-to-day delivery of commercial construction projects on the ground, ensuring safety, quality, programme, and cost outcomes are achieved.
Working closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, subcontractors, and consultants, you will play a critical role in driving site performance, coordinating trades, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Opportunities exist for both established Site Managers and Senior Supervisors ready to step up.

What You Bring
* Site Supervisor: 8–12 years' construction industry experience, including team leadership
* Site Manager: 12+ years' experience in commercial construction with senior site leadership exposure
* Strong knowledge of construction methodology, WHS legislation, and statutory requirements
* Proven ability to manage subcontractors, programmes, and quality outcomes
* Confident communicator with strong organisational and documentation skills
* Relevant qualifications and licences including Site Supervisor Licence, Cert IV in Building & Construction, White Card, First Aid & CPR, and a valid driver's licence
