Contract Length: 12-Month Contract Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday Opportunity for Permanent Role: Option to transition to permanent after 3 months. Accommodation: DIDO for locals or accommodation provided for those from outside the area. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the construction and maintenance of civil road works. Perform site preparation, excavation, and concrete work. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Follow project plans and specifications to ensure high-quality work. Collaborate with supervisors and team members to maintain project timelines. Uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment. Carry out physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials as needed. Qualifications: Current Drivers Licence - MR or HR desirable Blue/White Construction card Civil Labouring tickets desirable eg. Confined Space, Working at Heights, Electrical Spotters, EWP, Gas Test, Quick Cut etc. Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations. Ability to read and interpret project plans and drawings is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
