We are seeking an accomplished HR professional to drive human capital strategy and operations in Australia. As part of our ongoing growth initiative, we aim to partner with a capable and experienced leader to lead the full spectrum of HR functions across business units.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
2. Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
3. Review, implement, and localize HR policies in compliance with Australian employment law.
4. Manage compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
5. Drive employee engagement, culture building, and talent development initiatives.
6. Lead internal communications and change management efforts to support organizational goals.
7. Act as a trusted advisor to managers on workforce planning, coaching, and conflict resolution.
8. Maintain accurate HR data and reports through HRIS and other platforms.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
* Solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR compliance.
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or matrix environment.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience within the hospitality industry with knowledge of HIGA will be a plus.
