Responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs on various property management disciplines and tasks to deliver comprehensive training content and programs to prepare individuals for successful careers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Property Management practices, a passion for teaching, and the ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment. This role will involve curriculum development, content creation and support the role out of training programs and initiatives.
About the role
* Design and develop engaging and effective training programs for property management fundamentals including but not limited to:
* Create comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, videos, and online modules.
* Adapt training materials to suit different learning styles and skill levels.
* Support training sessions in various formats, including classroom-based, virtual, and one-on-one sessions.
* Develop and maintain a library of training resources, including FAQs, quick reference guides, and user manuals.
* Develop and administer assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
* Track and report on training participation and performance metrics.
* Work effectively with external providers/partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
* Produce reporting, or partner with the business to do so, and work with data to provide insights and follow up activities
About you
* Prior experience working within a related role, commercial real estate industry advantageous
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and administrative capabilities
* Excellent written, verbal and face to face presentation skills.
* Analytical ability and advanced MS Office skills,
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast paced environment.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
