We require a Business Development Manager to join our growing Avoca Beach & Copacabana team. You'll be required to contribute to the provision of quality services through effectively sourcing and securing leads and properties for Property Management in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
This role will begin in 2026 and can offer flexible working hours.
Essential Requirements
* Current Driver's Licence
* Your own car
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels
* A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
Responsibilities
* Generate new business through lead generation activities including but not limited to marketing, letterbox drops, phone prospecting, database management.
* Manage and nurture relationships with prospective landlords, investors, and buyers.
* Prepare proposals and present to potential new clients.
* Pitch and secure new property management listings.
* Support smooth onboarding of new landlords with the property management team.
* Identify growth opportunities and suggest marketing improvements.
* Build referral networks and liaise with related businesses.
* Provide accurate advice on rental trends and market conditions.
* Stay informed on local and national property markets.
* Assist in meeting new business and budget targets.
* Attend all appointments punctually and professionally.
* Participate in KPI reviews and ongoing improvement.
* Uphold high professional, ethical, and presentation standards.
