We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Success efforts in driving business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, with a passion for cloud and data centre infrastructure technologies.
About the Role
* Key responsibilities include onboarding new customers, introducing them to our products and support processes, and elaborating and coordinating complex projects with developers, IT managers and decision makers from various industries.
* The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Sales, Field Engineering and Support teams to develop and deliver engagement plans that meet customer objectives.
* They will also manage a portfolio of customers in a specific geographic region, identifying growth opportunities or renewal risks in coordination with Sales.
* As a key advocate for our customers, they will influence our product roadmaps, websites, documentation, processes and people to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in a related field, with exposure to projects related to Linux OS, data applications, storage, cloud computing, networking, security, migration, IoT.
* Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to guide conversations about complex software.
* Proven track record of building and improving internal processes while maintaining timely delivery to customer-related projects.
