We are seeking a dynamic and driven leader to head our regional operations, overseeing teams that consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with contracts, meet revenue targets, and drive operational, marketing, and service strategies.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead high-performing teams in allocated regions to deliver strong results.
* Foster diversity initiatives to expand our reach and impact in Australian Apprentices/Trainees.
* Represent the organisation professionally, promoting apprenticeship services to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with General manager and Compliance and Quality Manager to exceed established compliance benchmarks.
* Drive compliance, working with the Department and relevant State Training Authority(s) to ensure contractual compliance.
* Develop respectful work environments through effective recruitment, induction, training, supervision, and performance management.
About You
* Proven experience in operational and performance management, managing employees across metropolitan and/or regional areas.
* Strong track record in stakeholder engagement, client acquisition, and account management.
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams strategically, achieving quality outcomes.
* Experience managing resources, ensuring their availability and utilisation to meet organisational needs.
* Strong knowledge of Australian Apprenticeship Services, VET sector, government training programs, First Nations communities, and WHS legislation.
