Job Title: Healthcare Project Manager

Your Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with Sales and Key Account Management teams during the pre-sales process
* Conduct site assessments to understand the local situation and customer needs
* Perform risk assessments, create budgets and project plans tailored to customer needs, and create accurate quotes
* Set project milestones, plan, and interface with customers and stakeholders throughout all project phases
* Ensure that all required materials, resources, and activities are ordered, planned, and executed on time
* Conduct regular project plan reviews with internal and external stakeholders
* Manage and communicate project risks and issues, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
* Conduct pre- and post-calculation project reviews, including lessons learned
* Organize the execution of the installation and user training
You'll Thrive in This Role If:
* You have clinical experience within Radiography, Medical Imaging, and a comprehensive understanding of Healthcare digital radiographic information systems
* Possess qualifications in engineering, healthcare, project management, or equivalent, and ideally be a Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent)
* Bring a proven track record of project management experience within healthcare, equipment installation, infrastructure delivery, or construction projects in a B2B environment
* Have experience in contract and risk management, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes and working with large cross-functional teams
* Exhibit strong negotiation, conflict, stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication abilities
