Our mission is to help businesses spend smarter, move faster, and stay in control - all through the Airwallex platform.About The RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of Airwallex's corporate card offering.
This role will be part of the Cards and Spend Management product team, building out our capabilities that enable businesses to issue cards and manage their expenses and accounts payable processes.
You'll be responsible for the Cards product end to end, ensuring that Airwallex corporate card offering is best-in-class in each region.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for leading high-impact projects from ideation to launch on topics such as:Maintaining a seamless user experience for cards - both finance teams as well as end users Building an attractive cashback and rewards program for card spend Enhancing our physical card offering, including premium cards Facilitating product adoption for new Cards customers Who You AreWe're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role.
If you meet these, we encourage you to apply — the preferred qualifications are a bonus.Minimum Requirements3+ years of experience in a dedicated Product Management role, shipping user-facing products in fintech, Saa S, payments, or commerce.
Demonstrated success in owning a product area end-to-end, from strategy and roadmap to launch and iteration.
Strong product sense and ability to balance user needs, technical complexity, and business impact.
Experience working closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to drive product development.
Ownership mindset with strong execution skills and a passion for solving real customer problems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to align and influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred QualificationsA strong passion for delivering exceptional user experiences across both web and mobile platforms, with a sharp eye for detail and design quality.
Working knowledge of card networks, card issuance, and the underlying payment infrastructure.
Experience working in high-growth startups or on products that support international markets and rapid expansion.
