Love Where You Work!Metricon Homes, Australia's largest home builder is committed to recruiting outstanding individuals who share our passion for delivering quality, service and award winning living solutions for Australian families.Work within one of the most dynamic, fast paced, high performing, experienced and fun Estimating Teams doing Sales Estimating in our state of the art Robina office.Reporting to the Sales Estimating Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:Produce sales estimates to reflect the customer's requirements to incorporate Standard options, Nonstandard variations, Foundation and footing requirements, Inclusions to achieve required siting and Regulatory requirements.Ensure that all requirements described in the engineer's report are incorporated into the Preliminary Contract and Contract documents.Follow company checklists to capture and process all information required to determine fixed site costs.Sales estimates are to be produced to support the following stages of the workflow process to reflect the customer's requirements and to incorporate amendments required to obtain all relevant permits related to Preliminary Contract (including amendments), Customer Selections, Contract (including amendments) and Post contract variations.Ensure that sales estimates are modified accurately to suit requirements of the engineers, surveyors and building surveyors.Preparing and documenting specific estimates in accordance with the Metricon design and construction details.Calculating quantities and maintaining inventories for standard options to complement our product range, using Metricon's Estimating Systems software.Setting prices based on supplier rates and margin schedules.Liaising with a number of internal stakeholders including Sales, Designers and Purchasing teams.Metricon will offer you:Be supported by a Management Team that has a Culture Where You Matter.Ongoing learning and development opportunities to help build your skills and reach your potential - whether through nationally accredited courses, our highly engaging e-learning portal or other comprehensive training programs.We promote mentoring and provide genuine opportunities for role progression, along with a competitive salary, and salary package opportunities.Attractive housing discounts on our award-winning homes.You Matter!
