About the role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience? Rodd & Gunn, a leading lifestyle and fashion brand, is seeking a Casual Stylist/Sales to join their team at their Myer Doncaster. As a Casual Stylist, you will be responsible for providing personalized style advice, assisting customers with product selection, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
What you'll be doing
* Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming in-store experience
* Assisting customers with product selection and styling to help them find the perfect items
* Ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date and sharing this knowledge with customers
* Contributing to store sales targets and achieving individual sales goals
* Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
What we're looking for:
* A passion for fashion and a flair for style
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Flexibility to work a casual schedule, including weekends and public holidays and through the Black Friday / Christmas period
* Relevant experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred
