**About the Role**:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Storeperson within the Corporate Services.
The Health Ancillary Employee is responsible for a high standard of work, providing a timely, efficient, and effective general service undertaking duties in a range of activity areas as described in this duty statement.
The Health Ancillary Employee may be required to work within several areas of the Health Service, including kitchen, laundry, and housekeeping. Health Ancillary Employees at this level will perform a range of higher-level operative tasks, with knowledge and skills gained through relevant experience, skill specialisation and or extensive in-service training.
The Store Person is responsible for performing efficient and prompt operation of ordering, receiving, storing, and issuing of all goods within Food Services.
These activities include:
- Receiving and storage, picking and packing, replenishing stock.
- Using good and person systems and computer-based devices to assist storing, picking, distribution and product reordering processes.
- Capturing of product volumetrics.
- Supporting other team members by undertaking any other reasonable request as directed.
These activities support the efficient and effective storage and handling of products, maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in a food service environment and efficient receiving operations.
