About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred care and interventions in home and clinic settings
* Work with clients, carers and families to promote independence and safety
* Develop goals and care plans to assist clients to remain at home and active in their local community
* Participate in student training programs and service development initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy) and eligibility for membership of professional association
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist
* Knowledge of the delivery of Physiotherapy services within home, group and community settings
