**The Company**
Our client is a growing organisation seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to lead the HR function for the Infrastructure Organisation and have the support of the Executive Leadership team when needed.
**The Role**
This is a true standalone role where you will be solely responsible for the management and delivery of HR business requirements. The role is specifically focused on being a key driver of change, developing and implementing solutions to enable organisational development in line with the objectives of the companies' long-term growth vision.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Overseeing the HR operations function in an end-to-end, standalone capacity
- Actioning of business HR needs whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, agreements and policies
- EBA negotiations
- Recruitment administration focusing on Contracts and Onboarding procedures
- Collating and distributing training materials, handouts and induction kits
- Managing all inbound HR enquiries within the organisation
- Partner with leadership teams and key stakeholders to drive tailored HR strategies and operational procedures
- Development and improvement of Employee Experience projects covering the employee life-cycle and related projects - for example, employee satisfaction surveys, internal training initiatives, online performance appraisal, mentoring program etc
- Build organisational capability through coaching and developing leaders and teams to drive a high-performance culture
- Identify training needs for the business and individuals and monitor the success of development programs
**About you**
To be successful in this role, you will be a strategic HR professional who has exceptional work ethic and strong skills in building strategic partnerships. You will also be able to deliver and have experience on the following:
- Strong knowledge on current state HR Legislations and Fair Work Act
- Relevant qualification and/or minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar hierarchy position
- Ability to implement strategies and drive change
- Ability to adhere to compliance for relevant employment regulatory requirements in delivery of process or providing advice.
- Ability to work alongside multiple stakeholders for the Business needs
- Establishment of credibility as a trusted advisor and strategic, forward-thinking approach to business growth
