Your Time to Shine
The Educational Manager, Teaching and Learning is responsible for providing the educational leadership and management for the performance of the Teaching and Learning Specialists (Principal Lecturers) within the Teaching and Learning directorate of Academic Development, by developing the capability of the work team in the provision of high‑quality vocational education and training and higher education services.
What You'll Bring
* Extensive experience in leading and planning the delivery of critical educational projects within required timeframes and budget
* Demonstrate educational leadership, strategic planning capabilities, interpersonal liaison and negotiating skills, which encourage and foster consultation, participative decision‑making, co‑operation and effect change.
* Demonstrated use of high‑level conflict resolution skills to manage issues and provide leadership and mentorship to enhance complex, cross‑departmental relationships.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
