About the Role

As our Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial part in our support services team, responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing essential support across various departments throughout Queensland. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-orientated administrator who thrives in a dynamic environment comfortable with flexible to pivot to priority needs, supporting culture and contributing to improving Australia’s ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist with the daily functions of support services, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.

* Manage administrative processes and support tasks across departments, including scheduling, resource allocation, acquiring permits and documentation format reviews.

* Maintain record-keeping systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

* Collaborate with teams across the organisation to provide logistical and operational support tailored to their needs, including fleet and asset management.

* Support onboarding and offboarding processes by coordinating resources and equipment.

* Assist in improvement of office policies and procedures to enhance workflow and efficiency.

* Assist with budget management for support services, including tracking expenses and reconciling accounts.

* Provide positive leadership, mentorship and guidance to administrative team members to foster a productive, supportive team environment.

* Ensure all activities align with company policies, particularly regarding health and safety, data protection, and quality management.

Qualifications

Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent experience).

Experience
* 2+ years in administrative coordination supporting projects/operations.

* Experience with ERP/finance or project systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Travel logistics, vendor coordination, and office/facilities support.

* Basic finance administration (expenses, credit card reconciliation) and procurement support.

* Exposure to H&S processes, inductions and compliance (desirable).
