Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, aligning them with brand values and operational needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners and community networks.
* Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition and workforce planning functions, including:
* Developing and implementing strategic plans to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
* Building and maintaining relationships with external recruitment partners and community networks.
* Overseeing the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and engaging new hire experience.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for promoting a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture, including:
* Providing guidance to leaders on performance management, associate relations, and conflict resolution.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to employees, supporting open communication and wellbeing.
HR Operations & Compliance:
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, safety standards, and Marriott HR policies, including:

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Human Resources or operational leadership role, ideally within hospitality or a service-driven environment.
* Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practices.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to build trust and influence across all levels of an organization.
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
