What You’ll Do Keep busy schedules running smoothly across time zones Manage high-volume inboxes with precision Coordinate travel, expenses, and logistics Prepare polished documents, reports, and presentations Organise workshops, team events, and strategy sessions Liaise confidently with senior leaders and global stakeholders Jump in on projects and support the wider team whenever needed About You We're looking for an experienced EA with a track record supporting senior executives. You'll be a confident communicator who can build trust quickly, has a sharp eye for detail, exceptional organisational skills and an adaptable, proactive approach.
