Job Description

* Developing and enhancing the skills of pre-service teachers in early childhood settings, with an emphasis on child development and play-based learning approaches.
* Supporting the introduction of three-year-old preschool programs, focusing on understanding and implementing effective learning strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this position, applicants must possess:
* Relevant Bachelor or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, with experience in teaching children within birth-to-five settings.
* Contemporary clinical experience in relevant fields, with evidence of teaching and curriculum delivery at a tertiary level.
* Demonstrated expertise in student assessment, curriculum reviews, and accreditation activities.
* Effective use of innovations and technologies in teaching practices, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills.
