As a
Pharmacist Manager
, you'll lead an experienced team in delivering high-quality pharmacy services. This hands-on role involves:
Overseeing daily operations and maintaining seamless workflow
Providing professional services, health advice, and clinical interventions
Mentoring and supporting staff, including a dispensary coordinator and pharmacy technicians
Driving business growth while ensuring exceptional customer care
You'll work full time with
flexible hours
and the opportunity to accrue
monthly RDOs

Skills Required
General AHPRA registration as a pharmacist
At least 3 years of community pharmacy experience in Australia.
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Valid Australian work rights.
Ability to manage workflow efficiently in a dynamic environment
Salary & Benefits
