End-to-End People Management
This role encompasses the entire people function, requiring a seasoned professional with a strong human focus and ability to balance structure and flexibility.
You'll oversee end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a steady talent pipeline, as well as define and promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and employment brand. You'll partner with external recruiters when needed, extend your reach through effective communication, and maintain data-driven insights using HRIS systems like Employment Hero and Culture Amp.
The ideal candidate will have experience in professional services or consulting, possess excellent organisational skills, and be able to approach problems with creativity and resilience. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable utilising various tools to manage data, reporting, and employee engagement.
