Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, business-savvy professional to join our team as a Global HR Business Partner. This role will play a key part in supporting our Engineering organization, specifically the AI team.
In this position, you will partner closely with Atlassian leadership to help scale and deliver best-in-class services to our teams. You will work collaboratively with the HRBP Lead for Engineering and CTO organization to build high-performing business teams by solving complex problems, curating development opportunities for leaders, and architecting company culture.

About You
* You have 10+ years of experience in HR, with progressively challenging responsibilities in Business Partner and leadership roles in high-growth companies.
* You have worked with global/international teams expanding into emerging markets.
