About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused HR professional to join our People and Culture team. The successful candidate will provide an efficient, confidential and customer focused service providing a high level of administrative support. With a strong focus on maintaining accurate records across the employee life cycle and contributing to a range of people‑centred projects. This role requires a proactive team player who can support recruitment and onboarding, respond to HR enquiries with professionalism, and provide reports from the HR system.
About You
You have experience in a similar HR support role with a passion for delivering exceptional service in an Administration capacity. You have an understanding of relevant Fair Work legislation, awards and HR processes. You have excellent attention to detail, strong written communication skills and experience of working with HR systems, Microsoft Word and Excel. You communicate confidently and professionally at all levels, build strong working relationships, and enjoy collaborating with stakeholders. You are adaptable, resourceful and approach challenges with a solutions‑focused mindset. With excellent organisational and time‑management skills, you thrive in a dynamic and supportive team environment. You may possess HR qualifications or are working towards them as you progress your HR career.
To be successful in this role, you will hold a current Working with Children Check, a satisfactory National Police Clearance, and legal eligibility to work in Australia.
