Bringing your excellent organisational skills to the role, your main responsibilities include:
- Co-ordinating warranty/defect calls
- Liaising with customers to settle all warranty claims effectively
- Scheduling suppliers and trades to carry out all warranty and service works
- Managing maintenance databases
- Meeting regularly with the Managing Director and Warranty Supervisor to update progress on jobs.

**About You**
- Prior customer service, dispute handling and problem-solving experience.
- Prior warranty/maintenance experience
- Experience using the Microsoft Office package
- Computer literate
- Strong organisational and administration skills.
- Full unrestricted working rights in Australia.
