Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Case Management team and support clients in achieving their individual goals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating case management services, administering program workflow, ensuring KPIs are met, mentoring and supporting a team of case managers, facilitating relationships with staff and service brokers, and referring clients to other service providers as needed.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in leading a team to deliver program outcomes, managing remote teams, working with clients with diverse needs, and possessing strong interpersonal and engagement skills. You will also need to hold or be willing to obtain certain certifications and clearances, including a record of vaccination, a NSW Working with Children Check, and a National Police Check.
