The Company: A well-established, WA owned and operated Tier 2 commercial builder with an excellent reputation is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their team.
This is a newly created, permanent full-time position working from their Leederville head office. You will work closely within a team of two, supporting multiple major commercial projects across Perth.
The role offers exposure to large-scale, complex developments ranging from $90M to $300M+, providing strong long-term career growth within a stable and secure business backed by a larger group.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage project documentation using Aconex
* Maintain document control registers and workflows
* Support project teams through design and delivery phases
* Ensure compliance with document management procedures
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction, infrastructure or engineering
* High-level competency with Aconex (essential)
* Experience working for a main contractor, subcontractor or consultant
* Exposure to both design and delivery phases of projects
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and strong communication skills
