About the Skin Health Institute

The Skin Health Institute is a Non-for-Profit Centre of Excellence in Dermatology. We deliver highly specialised treatment, education, and research across 24 sub-specialty clinics and a day surgery hospital. We are at the forefront of clinical trials and world-class education for skin diseases and melanoma.

The Role

We are seeking a high-calibre Engagement Lead for a 1-year fixed-term role, part-time (4 days, negotiable) to drive the success of the Australasian Dermatology Registry (ADR).

This project is a prestigious national collaboration. You will be the vital link between the ADR and key stakeholders, including dermatologists and their administration staff, healthcare facilities, leading researchers and sponsors. We need a professional who doesn't just manage relationships but master's them—securing buy-in from time-poor clinicians and ensuring the registry's administration is seamless and high-performing.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for national participating sites, ensuring deep engagement and long-term cooperation.

* Onboarding & Education: Lead the training of site staff and provide continuous, high-level support to ensure data entry milestones are met.

* Project Governance: Work collaboratively with the Research Registry Coordinator in supporting essential activities including ethics and research governance submissions, scientific advisory meetings, and annual reporting.

* Proactive Problem Solving: Identify barriers to site participation and develop \"outside the box\" strategies to maintain project momentum.

Selection Criteria

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of professional resilience and independent judgement. We are looking for:

* Strategic Engagement: A proven track record of leading stakeholder strategies that directly achieve organisational goals, particularly within clinical or research environments.

* Experience Requirement: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in clinical or research environments is required.

* Clinical Diplomacy: The ability to navigate complex medical landscapes with the confidence to secure buy-in from clinicians and support staff.

* Data Integrity: High-level computer literacy with specific experience in health-related registry projects including database entry and understanding of data confidentiality.

* Registry Experience: Experience with any health registry database is essential.

* Sound Judgement: The ability to exercise initiative and work independently to plan, deliver, and report on complex work plans.

* Adaptability: A flexible approach to work, with the resilience to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

* Exceptional Communication: Highly developed written and verbal skills, with an emphasis on negotiation and consensus-building.

* Educational Qualification: A bachelor's degree is required.

Benefits

* Subsidised parking, close to public transport

* Competitive Salary

* Generous Not for Profit Salary packaging

* Training and supportive team

* Access to our Employee Assistance Program

If you are excited about this opportunity and believe you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply now.
