We are currently seeking a Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our portfolio of properties in Byron Bay. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management, exceptional communication skills, and a desire to develop a career in real estate.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the overall performance of our portfolio of properties
* Develop strong relationships with tenants, landlords, vendors, and contractors
* Respond promptly and professionally to tenant requests, complaints, and emergencies
* Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and identify maintenance needs
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance with vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard and within timeframes
* Manage property finances, including rent collection, invoicing, and budgeting
* Prepare and execute lease agreements and other legal documents
* Develop and implement strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates
Ideal Requirements:
* Proven experience as a property manager, preferably in a similar market such as Byron Bay
* Understanding of local real estate laws and regulations
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
* Valid driver's license
