HOBAN Recruitment are currently sourcing an experienced APS5 Property Officer to work with our client who is an independent statutory agency, responsible for supporting thousands of Australians with a significant and permanent disability and their families and carers.
The Procurement and Corporate Services Branch support the Agency's business areas by providing corporate, procurement and property services.
The Property Operations Section is responsible for the facilities management of Agency's property. We coordinate maintenance and repair work to maintain the footprint and support site establishment, decommissioning and relocations.
- Located in Robina, Queensland
- 12-month contract, with the possibility of an extension, pending business requirements.
- $53 per hour excluding superannuation
**About the role**
- Engaging and monitoring third party facilities providers for all preventative maintenance schedules and property repairs for their portfolio of Agency locations.
- Responding to property related enquiries and issues from staff members.
- Assisting with branch seating allocation activities.
- Monitoring levels of stationery and consumables within a portfolio of Agency locations and ensuring sufficient stocks are ordered and delivered to sites.
- Developing and maintaining carpark ballots.
- Working collaboratively with other enabling services to ensure positive outcomes for staff.
- Assisting and supporting the Agency's Fleet team by acting as a Vehicle Control Officer where applicable.

- Must be an **Australian Citizen**:
- Facilities management experience (or similar)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Strong administration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing demands
- Highly organized and high attention to detail
